What We Do
Activfirst identified a key shortfall in post 16 education and support in to employment – a lack of flexibility! Many providers offered the same off-the-shelf solutions that were failing to meet what both industry and the clients needed and wanted. This refreshing change has been, and continues to be a welcome dynamic for employers, partners and clients, seeing Activfirst grow from strength to strength.
Activfirst has a clear vision underpinned by 7 core values – These values provide a very strong foundation for our experienced team to engage and deliver a range of quality programmes that develop, lead and inspire.
Apprenticeships combine practical training in a job with study.
Completing courses is a great way to retain enthusiasm and show interest for progression in current and future employment.
From Apprenticeship Grant for Employers to funding pots for individual courses. Check our blog & twitter feeds to make sure you don’t miss out!
